This machine is used in all factories and workshops, where welded manufacturing process is performed. It is used for the rotation and the welding of the work parts with the diameter of 500 - 6000 mm such as boilers, tanks, pipes, barrels, poles for wind energy turbines (or oversized parts with larger sizes). It is manufactured with steel and polyurethane wheels. The steel wheeled rotators has more resistance against the heat. Our rotators are manufactured in three types, being the conventional ones, self adjusted and hydraulic lifting as it can work in sync with our Colomn-Boom System they can also run independently. The rotation capacity starts from 1 ton and may reach up to 250 tons. Our rotators are easy to use and control with their wired remote control. Those systems may be preferred as fixed or mobile. They can be used for welding applications such as submerged arc, gas metal arc and TIG. Our wheel diameters may vary depending on the weight.
